Antique Fox Teeth Necklace: Victorian Watch Chain, Curio Jewelry
This antique watch chain is a true curio piece, crafted from genuine animal teeth, most likely fox, and silver tone metal.
Made in late 19th to early 20th century (Victorian/Edwardian period).
The chain is a chiarivari: a type of traditional chain decorated with teeth, claws, or charms, and is composed of alternating natural teeth, individually drilled and connected with metal links. Suspended from the chain are larger teeth forming a pendant-like feature, making it wearable not only as a functional watch chain but also as a statement necklace with a bold, almost tribal aesthetic.
Length: 14.5" - 37 cm
Weight: 22.8 grams
Please note: This piece is made with real animal material and sold as a historical/antique collectible.
