Antique 14k Gold Emerald & Diamond Drop Necklace: Belle Epoque Fine Jewelry

Antique necklace crafted with solid 14k yellow gold, natural Colombian emerald, diamonds and pearls.
Early 1900s, Belle Epoque era.

The centerpiece is a vivid cushion-cut emerald, accented by four old-cut diamonds, each set in a fine milgrain bezel mounting. The emerald shimmers with that unmistakable green clarity found only in Colombian stones.
Suspended from this central motif are two fine gold chains, each ending in a natural pearl. Just above each pearl, a rose-cut diamond adds a final touch of antique sparkle, making a total of six diamonds in the piece (four old cuts around the emerald, and two rose cuts above the pearls).

The design is delicate yet theatrical, creating elegant vertical movement and lightness on the neckline.
