Antique longuard chain made with solid 9K gold.
Italy, early 1900s, Edwardian era.

This exceptional Edwardian-era longuard chain is crafted entirely in solid 9K gold and features an elegant sequence of openwork marquise-shaped links with delicate scroll motifs, connected by small round links for fluidity and movement.

The chain includes both a traditional bolt ring clasp and a dog clip, enhancing its versatility. The length and construction allow it to be worn as a single long strand, doubled or tripled around the neck, or even wrapped as a bracelet or layered choker, as shown in the photos.

This is a heirloom-quality chain, robust and substantial, with a satisfying weight that reflects the solid 9K gold construction.
