An antique diamond and sapphire ring handcrafted with 18k white gold.

Italy, circa 1920, Art Deco era.

This gorgeous ring features a central rose cut diamond surrounded by four triangular blue sapphires. The stones are set on an openwork filigree dome.

The diamonds weight ca. 0.20 cts, the four sapphires weight ca. 0.20 cts.

An elegant, unique ring with all the fine workmanship of ancient Italian goldsmithing.
